Role

Jaedris is the judge of the departed souls of Oraereum. He protects the departed while they wait to be judged and determines where the souls move onto after entering the Nether realm. Jaedris is an uncaring and unforgiving deity and the ultimate impartial judge.

Dogma

Jaedris teaches his followers that every action has a consequence and that every consequence can never be undone. To undo something you must perform another action which results in a new consequence. In the end those that try to change what they have already done just end up doing more harm than good. Jaedris instead teaches his followers to stop and think about their actions first and to only then take action.

Depiction

Jaedris is depicted as a hooded figure in black robes behind a mask of darkness. His face has never been revealed. As the ultimate judge, jury and executioner of souls know entity can know his face to see the emotions upon his face. Jaedris also carries an oversized two-handed warhammer that he uses to punish the wicked and to defend the just.

Relations

Jaedris has tentative relations with all the gods and is ultimately impartial towards all of them. The actions they take are beyond his judgement. Jaedris has warmer relations with the more neutral deities as he appreciates their impartiality.
