Established by Nature to oversee the balance of magic in Ophir, each members are tasked with the responsibility of keeping destruction in control. This organization has existed since the first recorded establishment of a civilization—with identities spanning from being a merchant union, to a magic tower and even to an intelligence corporation. This organization's influence reaches throughout the corners of the world, with a mention of its name already striking fear towards ruthless tyrants. However, despite this elaborate image, its people and its real purpose is hidden from the understanding of regular citizens, as what they only know of are the other identities it shows towards the public. Only those who had lived countless millenias knows the full capability that this organization can cause, and the members it has that was once mentioned in history books but now forgotten for unknown reasons.

History

1 EM to 100 EM

During the Era of Maharlika, the time where Ophir lived without the fear of extraterrestrial races. The world was segmented into different tribial kingdoms, each worshipping Nature through its different manifestations; the sun, the moon, the world tree and the entire ocean. Despite the different set of beliefs and practices, each races are connected with their common understanding of living for the purpose of Nature's glory, giving back what was taken from the wild and doing something to benefit the future generation of Ophirians. The Letters worked in the shadows to maintain this order, making sure that no wars would happen between each races by controlling the limits of the magic that they have access and control with, and providing them with avenues of expression and diplomatic discussions. This is the first recorded existence of the organization, a hidden envoy that worked for the peace of the entire world.
