  To some, the grand architect of the future, to others, the rotting corpse of a long dead nation given a facsimile of life. Regardless of the two opinions, it cannot be denied that Orea is the shining beacon of magic and scientific advancement, save perhaps Thoubar. Though it has quite the landmass, its population does not accurately reflect, the population while large, cannot compare to its largest neighbors, more specifically The Holy Republic.
  Though seen as the nation of advancement, the nation still bears large scars it grapples with, such as the minimal tolerance to foreign born crime after the catastrophe of 230. Though not the friendliest to foreigners, its economic output draws a plentiful amount to their markets. With its most flashy part of the economy being its magic and technological output, one cannot deny the effect on relations its agrarian base could muster, keeping the city-states of Esnos in line.
  The effect of the nation's location, though not plentiful in raw manpower, is quite beneficial to its magic base, that being the original (or close to it) capitol city of what is now only known as Orea-Enfernadia. A long dead empire which is thought of having almost unparalleled arcane might, the spirit has been carried on throughout the nation's expansion so much so that even the smallest town has a wizard's keep which acts as one would think and also as an administrative center for the nation. With tensions on the rise between Orea and Zhlosna, the nation has taken steps to protect her western frontier, with droves of spellcasters being recruited into the ranks as well as the common man to prepare for, what many seem to think, the upcoming conflict.
