300 years after a massive demonic incursion, the world seeks to keep the peace above all else.   To the North, the nation of Galatrica hosts a Feudal state hidden deep in the frigid, jagged peaks. Its halls remain largely unseen by many on the continent, due to whispers of strange magics that attack the minds of unwary outsiders, leaving them lost in the endless expanse of snow and ice.   To the South, a great desert holds the Kingdom of Dreilgard, where Dwarves and Dragonborn coexist together. Their relationship is delicate, yet they strive towards unity under the banner of the Dreilgard Family.   To the West is the Province of Maernigh, a great sea of dense forest that seems older than the world itself. The people here live in absolute harmony and freedom. Beholden to no one except the Maernigh Family during matters of foreign policy and times of war, the people here are free to do as they please, as long as everyone’s basic needs are taken care of.   To the East, over the hills and mountains, in the barren, scarred landscape of Stregoth, it would seem that no life could possibly survive here. Thick black clouds block nearly any sunlight, making farming impossible. Rumors of horrific monstrosities roaming here are commonplace in any alehouse on the continent. While nobody can say for sure unless they’ve been there, there is without a doubt a great emperor that holds absolute power over its people.
