Clinique Santé-Voyage (kluh·neek sɑ̃te·voy·ij)

The Clinique Santé-Voyage, often shortened to 'The Clinique', is a mysterious clinic that has no set location. Every night, it magically warps through unknown, mystical means; appearing in different towns across the West Coast of the American Wasteland. It does not matter whether or not the town belongs to the Deepcore Foundation or if it's an independent city; the Clinic will always appear somewhere in it, oftentimes in an abandoned lot that has no claim of ownership on it; although there have been reports of it forming in other locations within the cities.

Purpose / Function

The doctors who work in the clinic, all from various distinct backgrounds, all work to provide checkups, prescriptions, and the sorts for those who are unable to afford care themselves. Usually, they help those in areas within the cities that have poor income and live in poverty, offering free services to them. In areas belonging to the Deepcore Foundation, the clinic often has to manifest in strange areas due to the Foundation's work on trying to prevent the the clinic from existing in their cities; such as underneath bridges or inside parks. Oftentimes, the clinic appears in places that are undergoing high sick rates or death rates.
When the clinic manifests in a city, several homes located in these poverty-filled locations will find a letter addressed to them by a Dr. Asclepius that implores them to come to the clinic at their earliest convinience, and to spread the word to others who need urgent checkups. Included on the paper is the address of the clinic. Oftentimes, these letters will appear in homes that have an ill individual within it. How these letters come to these houses in the span of a night is unknown.

History

The Clinique began to manifest on November 2nd, 2017; around 2 years after The Withering occured. Not much is known on who owns the clinic and how it's able to disappear and reappear anywhere. It first appeared in the city of Chelburg, which has led to speculation that the Clinic was created as a form of protest to the high prices of the Deepcore Foundation's medical rates.
