Ruler of Sakinlik is a tital given to the merperson ruling Sakinlik and is a gender neutral term.

Appointment

There is a ceramony were the ruler is crowned and a ritual is performed using blood maigics to bond them with the trident of Sakinlik so they are the only one trusted to use the trident and it connot be stollen.

Responsibilities

keep the kingdom running keeping harmony with the fish and ocean around them and protect the kingdom if needed.
