Dark Iron

Dark Iron is a rare metal found commonly on Centra Isle, but pockets of it have also been discovered in the Western Hills in East Tesshan.

Properties

Material Characteristics

Dark Iron comes in solid, crystalline formations with a dark, almost black, exterior. It typically grows on cave ceilings in stalactite styled groupings.

Physical & Chemical Properties

Dark Iron is known for being as easy to work with as iron but being almost three times as durable. Due to this, dark iron can be made into unique weapons or structures that would typically be too brittle to be created with normal iron.
Dark iron can also be more easily infused with magic, making it a go-to material for master craftsman to create magically infused items out of.
