Humans of Phelorian ancestry were more pale than the Ishkari, and they tended to have blonde hair and purple or green eyes. Most Phelorians encountered in Lymia were soldiers of the grand empire to the West, though a few newcomers were craftsmen and traders who wanted to permanently settle in the opulent Lymian cities.
