Harkish the boatman

Harkish was the gnarly old boatman that operated the only boat sailing from the city center to the City of the Dead in Zakhiir. He was superstitious and fearful of the gods, going to great lengths to appease them in his practice. He was also adamant about not letting anyone else sail to the shores of the graveyard sectio.
