Dhampir

Dhampir were found across the Homelands, though rarely did they identify themselves as such. In the southern Homelands, death was an important cultural aspect of existence, and none had as much insight into these matters as the Dhampirs. Even in the most open-minded areas of the lands, Dhampir were feared for the insatiable hunger they possessed, of which the hunger for blood was the most famous trait of their kin. In truth, however, Dhampir were able to satiate this need perfectly fine by feeding on animals, or sometimes, by feeding on other life essences that were less gruesome.
