Ak'ate is the god of the sun, of radiant beauty that burn the darkness an bring it to judgement in the cleansing light. He is most often associated with the domains of Light and Life.

Divine Symbols & Sigils

The faithful of the radiant sun god embraced the symbol of a golden sun inlaid with tear-shaped rubies.

Tenets of Faith

Find comfort in the rising sun, for in it's light, no darkness may take root. Create things that are beautiful to celebrate the radiance of Ak'ate, and invite others to share in his glory. Deter not from encroaching darkness, but face it with bravery, and dispel the illusions and evils that follow in its wake.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Ak'ate is a champion of the cleansing light, working tirelessly to undo the hideous evils of the world. He was the favored child of Ishra, the dead goddess of fertility, and he was the first to persuade his siblings to unite against her, and slay her. There is an element of vanity to the actions of the sun god, and an element of opulence that can sometimes stir strife with his sibling deities.
