Odyssey

The fallout of the Divine War has left the world in a place it has never been before - not ruled by Olympians. Now, many societies and cultures have spawned across the land and the mysteries of the world are being discovered.   In the East, the ten remaining Olympians govern their own individual region, attempting to find a place in a world they created but no longer rule. Poseidon has not been seen in over a century, and the corpse of Hades is held by the enemy. The Olympians have never been so divided.   To the West, the vast Buddhist Empire reigns supreme, with the Thirteenth God, the Buddha, ruling through love and acceptance. He roams the lands, through the tall mountains of Janmastaal, the port cities of Tal, the metropolis that is Vaadaki, and the arctic wasteland that covers the North. The next step for the Empire is unclear.   And, in the South, lies Meletheros. A society built out of rebellion and resentment for the Gods. The Olympians are overbearing and petty, Buddha is out of touch and distant. The world should be ruled by the people. In a scorching desert, five towns were established to govern each other through democracy and fairness, people first.   The world is full of untouched mystery, roaming beasts, legendary heroes, powerful items and dark secrets, and the actions of one can affect the lives of all. To live in this world is to find your destiny and make your mark.
