Ocatia

Octatia is split into two halves. The humans have one half, the larger part, and the supernatural creatures have the smaller part (vampires, werewolves, demons, etc). The human side is known as Upper Octatia, the supernatural side known as Under Octatia. Most of the time, humans and supernaturals live in harmony. They don't bother each other. Until Varacion. The demon lord was the ultimate horror creator. He created a new species in hopes of overtaking the humans: vampyre.   However, the supernaturals revolted, and Varacion was overturned. Banished, he can never see the surface of Under Octatia or anywhere else ever again. The vampyres took charge. They became the supernatural royalty, quickly gaining favor. They had their sights set on one thing, and one thing only: blood. The bloodthirsty monster attacked, turning anyone they didn't kill into their own kind.   Humans quickly retaliated, training their best killers and assassins with new weapons, new tactics. These hunters and huntresses became known as vampire slayers.
