Modern Era

Oathralos, a world of rich history and diverse races coexisting in one place they each call home. A once accepting and diverse existence starts to crumble under the tensions and clashes of cultures and societies. The Mainland Empire, The Orcish Clans, Elven Covenents, The Dwarven Guilds and the rising technological advances of The United States of Gaus are but the tip of the iceberg in this saturated plane.   The world consists of a single planet-wide continent that connects each being together for better or for worse surrounded the mysterious vast oceans surrounding the continent. Though the Ocean's Water breaks through the continents earth opening large lakes and streams. Fluid sustenance is provided by the rain or the elements of water to provide for the rest of the continent meaning some countries that face drought must deal the ticking time bomb of their thirst.   The Elements are one of a wide range of gods, ancestral bodies and spirits that oversee the world. Beings of large power created by whatever is beyond the sky's limit or unearthed from the deeps below. Even outer worldly beings have made their mark in the land of Oathralos. With an overwhelming presence and saturation of both known and unknown magics, Complicated politics and cultural clashes, the desperation of the less fortunate and the rapid technological advances. It is destined that Oathralos may face global warfare that will change the course of destiny for everyone, forever.
