The Barrio

The Barrio is a shabby bar in the Backstreets. The owner has a green thumb and decorates the place in aloe and climbing vines which wrap up the table legs. The windowsills are decorated with colorful flowers creating a peaceful atmosphere. The Barrio seems to be the only peaceful spot in Oasis, and the establishment wants to keep it that way.
