Lucianna Loche

Lucianna Loche is a  human veteran and current captain of Camp Bisyl. her father was, Sir Isaac Dodds shortly before his death at the claws of hydra. She was kidnapped by a coven of hags led by Elyse Everbleed who then pretended to be her while she attempted to take control over Camp Bisyl. Lucianna was eventually freed by the crew of the H.M.S. Enterprise and she took up her fathers place as captain of the village.
