Her body was all muscle and sinew - she was strong, and clearly lived a life reliant on the power of her body.

Corbel's pale skin couldn't hide the black veins mapping her entire body. They were dark and unnatural enough to show through, her affliction worsening as she aged.

Despite her foreboding aura, Corbel's face was surprisingly soft on close examination. Beyond her severe eyes, she had a round nose, gentle lips and full cheeks.
