She is the last part of the Blackrose and relatively the most important. She’s the only part which exists in the same universe as Noxxi herself.
While slightly less violent than the other three, she is still destructive, but brings destruction into the universe in a different way.
Her mere presence and aura causes living beings and even some materials to decay and perish away slowly, and this affects a rather huge area around her. The closer beings are to her, the faster they reach the end of their lifespans. This passive effect is shared between all the different self of the Blackrose, however the depression side has the strongest effect. It is also nearly the opposite of Noxxi’s, when both is met, they essentially cancel each other out. In this case while the Blackrose is near to Noxxi she is unable to heal others and flourish life around her, while the Blackrose's decaying aura have heavily dampened effect to those in close proximity of Noxxi if they are at a greater distance away from The Blackrose. However not even she can cancel it out enough to protect any life in close proximity of the Blackrose as they will perish anyway.
Not even a in theory immortal being can withstand this, while the Blackrose's deathly presence is based on accelerating the life of being by reaching the end of their lifespan, even immortals turn mortal in her presence and age, either to the point where they die, or they leave her presence, however they will be somewhat cursed to stay with that aged body. For example: If you happen to be an immortal with a forever young body, you will age near her presence until, let's say, you are like a really old person. If you leave her presence, you will remain immortal, but with that aged body, functioning like an aged old body. In unfortunate cases, it is possible to get stuck near-death
It simply upsets her that nothing stays alive near her, she is absolutely frustrated and enraged by this fact and is constantly reminded of it wherever she goes. The aura is also somewhat dependent on her mood, the more calm she is the lesser range and effect it has, the more upset and angry she gets the larger the area and stronger the effect gets.
She seeks to have a connection with living beings, to meet them and to physically touch them, befriend them, talk to them, but her mere existence and presence causes everything to perish. In her near vicinity any creature is immediately reduced to ashes and dust. Every time she tries to get in contact with any beings, she is immediately reminded of her unfortunate ability, which saddens and angers her thus ironically increases the range and strength of this ability. This eventually turns into a bursts of anger and a loop of destruction from her until she calms down.
She slowly travels the universe and its places, and slowly but surely she is always instinctively in the direction toward Noxxi, to follow her. She absolutely despises her and blames Noxxi for her own existence, since she is simply unable to stay near living beings.
She never asked to be what she is, while also somewhat jealous that others are able to be together with others, have a company, meanwhile she can not. Her entire desire is to end Noxxi, since it would cause her existence to stop as well. While it is impossible to kill Noxxi, she instead tries to force her to surrender and give up on her life by simply persuading her with destroying lives and planets she directly or indirectly created life on.
Noxxi is well aware of this Blackrose, since they have met a couple of times before, however their meeting never ends well for their surroundings. Being unable to even harm Noxxi and being quite powerless against her in a way, she can’t do much, but to try to make her life as miserable as hers by ending all what she loves. Life.
While being calm, she tries to set aside this feel, but she is always quickly reminded of her unwanted ability. She simply craves for company with other beings, to be together with others, but she is aware that this will never be possible for her as long she exists. She has no concept of what it is to be with someone, touch a living being or talk to someone, besides Noxxi as the only being able to withstand her deathly presence.
