His Holiness Victor Mangus was the Arch Priest of the Andorian Church following the War of Bishops and a former Arch Bishop of Eyre. He is mostly known for his declaration of the second Vintian Crusades, and for his ideas and views which were fiercly opposed by Blepharo Lucilius.
