Cardinal Cardinalis

The Cardinal Cardinalis, or Cardinal of Cardinals, is the first among equals in the Assembly of Cardinals of the Andorian Church. He's charged with politics and other material issues relating to the church, and answers only to the Arch Priest.

History

During the War of the Cleric, the Empire of Osternfel assisted Kairoz the Andorian against Rederic Amarell under the condition that the seat of the Andorian church will be moved to Arisfurgz; in order to minimize any potential unrest that might stem from this shift in power within the already unstable empire, the role of Cardinal Cardinalis was created as the political representative of the new Andorian church.
