This skin-like material possesses the strength and durability of synthsteel but can be induced to grow to cover an area many times larger than the original amount over time, making it an ideal material for construction.

Everyday use

Smart tissue can also be used to reinforce a mundane object or area up to 20 feet (6 m) on a side. If properly applied (a difficulty 4 Intellect task), the tissue rapidly expands over the course of ten hours and increases the ability of the structure to withstand harm or be broken by force by 1 level. On a failure, the object or portion of a structure up to 20 feet (6 m) on a side is destroyed instead.
