Superior Darkvision: Niðav can see in dim light within 120 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. They can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Pedipalp. Niðav have two appendages that are smaller and used for more specialized delicate manipulation. They cannot effectively wield weapons in these appendages, but they are used to operate most Niðav tech and to sculpt wax.
Climb. Niðav have a climb speed of 25 ft.
Bite. All Niðav have a bite attack that deals 1d6 point of piercing damage. If a Niðav bites a target they can initiate a grapple as a bonus action. If they succeed they can automatically bite the grappled target every turn until the grapple is broken.
Pheromones. Niðav communicate with noises, dances and chemical pheremones. These pheremones are undetectable by most organics and give Niðav the ability to communicate emotions without using noise. Creatures with sensitive scent abilities can smell the pheremones but not understand them. 
Silicate Wax. Niðav secret a waxy substance from their "beards". Over a short rest you can create a cell, a 5 ft. cube, as long as you aren't starving. The cuccoon has an AC of 10 and 10 hp. Niðav can link their cells up together to form walls or potentially cities.

Workers, or Rōdō, are the main caste of Niðav. Diligent and humble, workers make up nearly 50% of the race.

Artisan. Worker Nidav gain proficiency in two tools of their choice. They may select any artisan's tool or the mechanics tool.

Sensō

Warriors, Sensō, are a special breed of Drone Niðav. Bred for war they are big and mean, and also sterile.

Battle Ready. Warrior Niðav are trained in the use of Katana and Spear no matter what their class. They are also proficient in medium and heavy armor and shields.
Powerful Build. Warrior Niðav count as one size larger when determining their carrying capacity and the weight they can push, drag, or lift.
Natural Armor. Warrior Niðav have a chitinous natural armor that grants them an AC of 13 + their Dexterity Modifier. They can wear special armor designed for them and can choose to benefit from their natural armor if it is better than their worn one.

Takai

Nobles, or Takai, are a caste of Niðav specially raised for the organization and progression of society. As the big thinkers and leaders of the race they are intellectual and narcissistic. They are bigger than workers.

Niðava Tora. Worker Nidav have proficiency with Niðava Tora and can begin play with one.

Tora

Niðav construct powerful mecha for battle. The most basic mecha is about 6 feet tall and can only be properly operated by a Niðav. Worker Niðav who seek battle ride in these to even the playing field, Nobles often keep Tora for ceremonial purposes and Drones lack the mechanical mindset to correctly utilize them.

While you wear this armor, your size becomes medium and your walking speed becomes 30 feet, unless your walking speed is higher, and your speed isn't reduced if you are encumbered. In addition, you can jump three times the normal distance, though you can't jump farther than your remaining movement would allow.

Also your Strength score is increased by 4 while you wear this armor. This cannot increase your Strength beyond 20.

Generally suspicious of other peoples, the Niðav have a long history with the Aesir and deal with them as if they were dumb younger brothers. Niðav don't like Vanir or Alf, but they see Jotun and Nifflen as beasts. They can't always tell the difference between Alf and Muspel or Aesir and Humans.
