Nowhere Below

About it

This is the world that lies underground Nowhere Land. A place where mushroom people, miners, gnomes, goblins, creatures who ride giant spiders, and other people alike stay. No one knows how to get here, and the only way you can travel between Nowhere Land and Nowhere Below is through the Duke's train by the Mushroom station. In it are caves, rocky terrains, jungles, and exotic plant life. Different biomes and people who speak to rats, roaches, and different pests. Most people of Nowhere Land look down on the folk of Nowhere Below.

People/Creatures that reside here

Mushroom People   These are humans who have tiny mushrooms that grow on their skin, fungi growing on their clothes, and exotic flowers glowing on their hair. They can release spores from their mushrooms that have varying effects, they can poison, itch, or even control a mind of someone who is not of the mushroom folk to do their bidding. They lurk in a fungi jungle growing inside the sewers. They are close allies and friends to the Sewer Folk. They eat nothing but mushrooms, raw poisonous mushrooms, thinking that any other foods will kill them and send them to the dead cemetery.   The Sewer Folk   These people stay in the sewers and underground passageways of Nowhere Below. They speak to rats and roaches and many pests alike and can speak all their languages. They eat anything they encounter when hungry, rats, pests, insects, grubs, worms, anything, and they roast it by a fire on skewers and gulp it all down. Most of them sleep on sheets of cardboard and use garbage and trash bags as pillows. Their place is usually a big mess, but they like it that way. They are close allies to the Mushroom People. Their supreme leader is Scabber Whiskers, who is a rat who rules over them and is worshipped by them.   Goblins and giant spiders   These are the main threats to life in Nowhere below. They stay in Deep Nest, the deepest part of Nowhere below where goblins ride giant spiders who hurl boulders at trespassers. Where different monsters meet and call. It is a forbidden place to go to, save the hunters who hunt the great monsters of the Deep Nest, which are to be found in the mazes of the dens and caves. They are the most common creatures of the den.   The Hunters   These people are hunters who go to the Deep Nest in order to hunt the Great Monsters and become a champion in their tribe. They wear the pelts of the monsters they kill and use their tusks as weapons. They have tattoos of the monsters they killed and the one with the most becomes the leader of their tribe, The Champion. They use wooden bows and poisonous arrows and use horns, tusks turned to blades as swords. They are quick and fast, and the men above the age of thirteen often go into Deep Nest, searching for The Great Monsters, some not even coming back. Most go alone and not in packs. They do not stay in any particular place.

Places/Landmarks

The Fungi Jungle   This place is a jungle of poisonous flowers and fungi and mushrooms, it is said that even the air is poisonous for those in Nowhere Land. The most exotic of plants and grubs lurk here. This is also the home of the Mushroom People.   The Sewers   These are the sewers, where all the waste and urine go. In here are rats, roaches, and other pests, who are either adored and kept as pets or are eaten by the Sewer Folk. The place is ruled by Scabber Whiskers, the supreme leader rat of the sewer folk and all pests.   Deep Nest   This is where all the hostile creatures lurk, the goblins, spiders, and the Great Monsters lurk.
