Humans are a type of short-lived humanoid in Novis Terram. Their cultures are more open to taking risks due to the shorter length of time before they die. In this way, they often urge the technologies of Novis Terram forward much more quickly than they would normally progress.
They are not limited by the effects magic have on other humanoids and can tolerate the energy of extreme magical events that would kill an elf or tiefling.
