Innate Spellcasting.The hag's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: charm person, create food and water (creates boiling water only), detect thoughts*, dominate person*, locate creature*, ray of sickness, speak with plants

1/day: blight*, dream*, scrying*, transport via plants

2/day: confusion*, invisibility, plant growth

3/day: suggestion (can only be used to suggest the target drink the hag's Hag Tea; doesn't require concentration)


Magic Resistance. The hag has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.   Hag Tea. The hag has a pouch of cursed Hag Tea. Any creature who drinks the tea becomes cursed for 30 days, or until they are targeted by a remove curse or greater restoration spell. A cursed creature has disadvantage on saving throws against becoming charmed by the hag. In addition, the hag can cast additional spells with her Innate Spellcasting trait, providing that these spells only target creatures that are cursed (these spells are marked with an asterisk).


Actions

Claws (Hag Form Only). Melee weapon attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) slashing damage.   Change Shape. The hag magically polymorphs into a Small or Medium female humanoid, or back into her true form. Her statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. She reverts to her true form if she dies.
