Gellen Primewater

Gellen is a pompous man who also happens to be the richest in Saltmarsh. His vast fleet of fishing vessals and tranport ship eeffectively gives him the largest fleet in Kerrisland. He acquired his wealth through cuthroat business dealings, fraud, extorion and bribery and is truly a prince of the "old" ways the town used to do things. However his tactic of public investment, populism and throwing truly great parties has ingratiated himself to the right people and kept him as a powerful voice on the council.
