H.G. Wells Building

The H.G. Wells Building is a low-profile office high-rise in downtown Nova Secundus. The building contains the offices of several un-glamorous businesses such as a travel agency, a t-shirt screenprinting business, and Titanspear Publishing.

Titanspear Publishing

The Spears of Iapetus, an Awakened cabal, has rented out half of a floor of open office space which they have converted to their Sanctum. They rely on wards and the cover of their front business as an indie publisher ("Titanspear Publishing") to keep Sleeper noses out of their magical business.
