Community Guidelines

Code of Conduct

These rules are intended for out of character discourse and interaction between all members of the playerbase and community. They are enforced by storytellers and moderators.
  • No personal attacks or prolonged arguments between players. If we notice a pattern of one player trying to harass or bait another we will issue a warning. Refusal to either settle differences in private or keep them out of public can lead to removal.
  • Racism, sexism, homophobia and all other forms of prejudiced bigotry are not tolerated.
  • Erotic content is not permitted.
  • Controversial topics such as religion or politics are not banned from discussion but are self-evidently sensitive. For this reason they are restricted on a specific channel on discord and we strongly encourage a mature attitude to these subjects.

Roleplay Behaviour

These rules are designed to help keep friendly and considerate interactions between players during sessions. Storytellers are expected to help moderate things but each individual is responsible for their own actions.
  • Keep drama in the game, not out of it. If there is an issue between yourself and another player try to work through it outside of character, not in character.
  • The storyteller has the final say. No matter the rules in the book or anything else, what they say goes.
  • Players and their storyteller are encouraged to discuss the "lines" and "veils" of content in a game before it starts. Lines are subjects/actions which players agree are not to be included in any form e.g. Sexual violence, racial slurs, bodily mutilation. Veils are subjects/actions which may be included but not explicitly roleplayed e.g. Explicit depictions of consensual sexual activities, torture, human experimentation.
