Zelana
Goddess of Life, and Light
Overseer of funerals, specifically cremation. It is expected of a devoted follower's body to be cremated in her honor.
Dislikes undeath, but has a good relationship with her twin brother; Thoros, God of Death and Darkness, who sees no trouble with undeath, as long as it's in defense of oneself, or ones beliefs (Particulary if it's in defense of Zelana's or Thoros' beliefs).
It is said that Zelana wakes up the sun in the morning (In some stories she IS the sun), and plays a game of wits with her brother to see if the sun will stay up, even during the night. Thoros always wins at the end of the day, bringing the moons out, and night with them. Worshippers of Zelana claim that Thoros always cheats, but Zelana lets him, as she knows the day must always come to an end.
