Oskaria

Also known as Sun Elves. They are a reclusive people who look down on anyone who isn’t one of them including other elves and are uninterested with anything that doesn’t directly affect them. Often seers and diviners.
Their cities are protected by powerful shielding magic and wild forests.
They saw the coming War of the Third Age and retreated their cities into the Feywild and have not been seen for nearly two thousand years.
