The Emberheart is a skilled warrior. For centuries, he has commanded The Emberheart Magi to serve and protect the city of Marquett. He never shows his face and is often heard humming and singing.
Not much is truly known about him, but many rumors surround his power and longevity. Is he a god walking among us? Perhaps strange magicks have prolonged his lifespan? Whatever the case, he is no mere man.

Personality

The Emberheart is quick to laugh and often lighthearted. However, in matters of justice, he is quick to render his judgments and unapologetic for them. He seems confident that his thoughts are right and true at all times.

Relationship to our Heroes

Our heroes sought out the Emberheart in the center of the Swallowing Sands. Finding him, they have learned that he is actually an adult brass dragon who uses magic to take the form of a man. His father before him, who first took the name of Emberheart, helped to create the city of Marquett and founded the Emberheart Magi. His father's dying act was sealing the Cinder King away in the volcano centuries ago. The Emberheart has agreed to face the Cinder King again with the party.
