Loritethlas is known as the youngest and most ambitious member of the Elven Council. About five decades ago, there was a vacancy in the Council. Ivelios was not the obvious choice from his noble house. It is unknown why he was selected for the Council.
He is thought by many to be the deadliest swordsman in the Kingdom, though others contend this honor goes to Idril Tiwile.

Personality

Ivelios loves to laugh and loves to fight. His ambition is palpable to all near him. He will not suffer any insult and is so self-confident he borders on reckless.

Relationship to our Heroes

Ivelios first ran into our party in Five Points. Iadan insulted Ivelios for mistreating a human in the city. Ivelios challenged him to a duel which the party interrupted. Iadan was imprisoned and tortured before escaping.
More recently, Ivelios led the campaign to stomp out the Liberators in Southpoint. The party put an end to that, but not before Ivelios escaped.
