Major Language Groups and Dialects
Elvish & Common
Common Dress Code
Elven dress tends to vary by nation. While smaller druidic villages tend towards more natural forms of dress, others tend to dress in highly regal clothing.
Common Customs, Traditions and Rituals
Due to their long lives, Elves tend not to be considered adults until they are around 100 years old. However, they reach physical maturity much earlier and must decide for themselves when they are considered adults.
Common Myths and Legends
Elves considered themselves to be the direct descendants of the First Fey, and dependant on the sect of Elves, they view other species as inferior. This has been a significant part of their conflicts with Gnomes.
Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
Elves have a complicated relationship with various other species. In particular, there is an extreme distrust between Elves and Gnomes regardless of nation, due to their past conflicts. While they tend to be civil with most other species, there tend to be tensions between many of the shorter living species.
