Thrakkusxizan Kepeshmolik (a.k.a. Thrakkus)

Thrakkus converted an old, fire-scorched windmill in the Field Ward into a butcher's shop and he had a lucrative business on the side, namely chopping up corpses for both the Zhentarim and the Xanathar's Guild in Waterdeep. He sold the meat on the sly as pig meat and commanded a large mob of desperate and destitute people, many of whom had lost extremities to his cleaver or worse.
Sammael led Nightseek to his Butcher Shop where the cruel Vayemniri soon turned violent following the group's persistence in asking him questions he did not want to answer. Bullying the people that he permitted to reside in his Windmill into attacking them for him, although their poor equipment and training were no match for the Adventurer Company and he soon found himself pleading for his life. Once they'd extracted him of all information they could, Nightseek intended to kill him and in his moment of desperation he called out to the Dragon Queen, Tiamat, for aid.
Whether out of amusement or as part of a greater plot she heard his prayer and turned him into a red dragon, making it so that Thrakkus' outward appearance matched the monster he'd always been within. Thrakkus spared no time flying into a rampage the likes of which his new kind are famous for, and managed to destroy much of the street before Aghairon's Dragonward activated and banished him from Waterdeep.

Special abilities

As a Vayemniri, Thrakkus showed few abilities out of the ordinary, with his great strength and ability to breathe fire all stemming from his racial heritage. His skills as a fighter were perhaps a shade above the average but nothing beyond that and he was swiftly and decisively beaten by the characters.
Upon being turned into a dragon at the behest of Tiamat herself, however, Thrakkus experienced tremendous and sudden growth in all physical areas including the overwhelming physical strength naturally exhibited by the First Children, in addition to having his breath weapon augmented to enormous degrees compared to its original potency as a Dragonborn.
