Wiggles is the adoptive child of Blednisca who was released from an ancient prison by the main Party during their incursion into a Deep One reef. It was found that Wiggles was a baby Elder God that had been imprisoned by the Fairy Courts after the Planar War. He was adopted by Blednisca during the Folk in Black's raid on a Deep One hideout where he was released. Blednisca has become the surrogate parent of Wiggles while the Folk in Black are his family. He is currently learning new skills and magic from the party as well. He exhibits the strange ability to gain power from consuming magical items, objects and dead creatures.
