Warforged

The now secretive, hidden but free war machines that washed up from the wars of the far western sea. Originally mechanical soldiers in the Øriçt armies against the Akini Alliance, these folk became sentient and washed ashore in the east. They hid themselves in quiet contemplation on a small island west of Gaelland known only to a few allies. They are powered by magical furnaces, and thus often have magical abilities based in natural magics as well as arcana. They are thoughtful, monastic and maintain martial skills but prefer contemplation to combat. They try to live peaceful lives but a few do wonder abroad usually disguised as large, armored knights.
