History
The Third Generation was founded when the Second Generation "graduated" into full members in 1298. They trained under the Second and Founder generations over ten years, participating in adventures alongside their mentors and friends. They accompanied the whole party to Kobastis, a small Kingdom which now is a client state of the Khannate, which hired the QBs to protect Prince Alessandr Safaryan and Prince Cassius Hovsepyan who were betrothed to bring peace between Kobastis and Arbastis, traditional enemies.
Disbandment
The Third Generation were all lost in combat save for three: Thiajzi, Roskva and Khadeeja. The latter was permanently disabled, unable to walk due to a severe spinal injury. Thiajzi and Roskva left the group, having lost faith in their mentors. The event, now called the Kobastis Incident, was a sudden attack led by an insurgent group who opposed peace between Kobastis and Arbastis. They employed a lich who helped the insurgents invade the capital where the QBs were protecting the betrothed Princes. During the ambush the Princes were saved but the Third Generation was mostly killed and the other QBs disappeared, presumed dead. The Princes went into exile in Ortileez while the QBs licked their wounds. The lost students would be called the Lost Third and a memorial was raised to them in Ortileez by the Princes. Another was erected in the town square in Oakhearst.
