Strigoi

The strigoi are solitary or paired hunters in the dark. They inhabit the deep forests of the eastern part of the continent, hunting for the blood of humanoids and animals alike. They pride themselves on their preternatural strength and speed but have little skill with magic. They dislike all other Wampyr races and avoid most large populations of humanoids though they do trade with goblins often. They are bestial and if they grow too old, they may become feral and go into villages on killing sprees. They look far more fiendish than their cousins and wear grisly trophies to be more fearsome.
