History
The Khemaat Loyalists are the descendants of the military and clerical class who escaped Khemaat during the Heliopian invasion. They formed a resistance movement around the only lich Pharaoh to be saved from the Necropolis, Nefertari. A safe haven was established in Lekara which has been turned into a fortress and palace. The Khemaati are now a mix of insurgents and warriors who fight to liberate their homeland. They have built strategic alliances with other insurgent movements and have a seat on the Justice Commission.
