Argyll Vail is  the elder of the Janus Twins, and the more intellectual of the two. He struggles with severe anxiety and mental issues due to having his mind fractured across multiple times. He was found with his sister wandering in the woods by Indrid Cold who took them in and trained them as Folk in Black agents. Gyli acts as an agent and mage of the group, especially dealing with planar disturbances. He acts as an anchor for his sister who need help to chronally stay in place while she supports him through his psychoses.
