Armand de Frisia was born as the third child of Duque Leonardo de Frisia to one of his maids. Armand was treated as a full member of the family but always felt out of place. They attended the Imperial College of Physicians where they excelled as a a surgeon and apothecary but was noted for their reckless tendencies. Upon graduation Armand bounced form post to post as they was found to be too cold and impersonal as a physician and too reckless in their application of medicine. They became a back-street Surgeon-Apothecary who specialized in treating venereal disease and other "unsavory" ailments. They were feared and respected in the slums of the capital as "The Surgeon" who wore a beaked mask at all times. One day, their tea time was interrupted by the Questionably Blessed. They needed his help in treating a young man who they found n the sewers during a job. Armand was impressed by Briminar's healing skills while they worked together. Armand decided to join the Questionably Blessed as Brimnar's apprentice. They would become a trusted member of the team despite their impersonal and calculating manner. They were particularly close to Brimnar and Lee Ye-Jun. Armand has become scarce in the time since the Kobastis Incident but remains a part of the QBs.
