The Forest

Nobody knows what the Forest is, only that it is bent on the destruction of the civilised world. Tearing down walls, crushing buildings, killing thousands with poisonous spores.

Geography

The Forest covers the entire equator of the world ending rather abruptly at the start of the desert on the south side of the planet. There is lots to explore in the forest, but it takes a toll on your body and mind. With poisonous spores from large flowers, to dangerous beasts, to snake like vines trying to wrap themselves around you and crush the life out of you.

Fauna & Flora

Everything in the forest is considered dangerous. From the plants to the wildlife. Very few things in the forest will help you. Most trees consist of large covering canopies letting very little light inside, and everything that lies beneath the canopy has adapted to kill and survive, from Jackalweres to Manticores.

Natural Resources

Very little. You may find the ruins of civilisation, which may have some sweet loot, but for the most part the Forest cannot be harvested.
