Personal history

Younger brother of Arch-Mage Surosi the Eternal and uncle of Arch-Mage Suhor the Great. Tesh proved to be a powerful Magi of Undeath from a young age. Tesh also became a talented Magi of Hell, learning from about the age of 25. Tesh unlocked the secrets to extended life through the Magic of Undeath, working out how to retain his own consciousness, but requiring that he give up his flesh and muscle and become a self-animated skeleton. Tesh helped his brother Surosi to rise to the rank of Arch-Mage, and helped him again in his coup against the Orazim of Kushar, allowing Surosi to become the effective leader of Kushar. Tesh helped his brother to maintain control of Kushar over his 453 year rule, becoming his most ruthless and brutal enforcer and general, and playing the role as a terrifying figure.   According to Tesh, his brother had initially promised him to hand over control of Kushar after 300 years, later increasing that to 400 years, then 450 years, and then to 500 years. Surosi insisted each time that Tesh was simply too unpopular and too terrifying to be the new leader right now. Tired of being snubbed, and hungry for power, Tesh betrayed his brother and murdered him in his sleep. Tesh also moved to assassinate his nephew and Surosi's son, Suhor. Suhor escaped and went into exile, while Tesh declared himself Arch-Mage Tesh the Almighty, and established what he named the "Eternal Empire", using undead armies to dominate all the people of the land. Few people referred to Tesh by his chosen title, with most referring to him as Arch-Mage Tesh the Diabolical.   Suhor united a number of Magi and non-Magi alike in an alliance called the Defenders of Life, leading them against the Eternal Empire and his uncle. His uncle would rule for 101 years, fighting to retain dominance and expand his empire to rule all existence, while Suhor steadily rallied his own forces to fight him. It took the combined magic of Suhor and a young Magi of Heaven named Lucius Ferrum to eventually defeat Tesh at the Battle of Skeleton Valley.

Was so unpopular that many powerful Magi and non-Magi united against him to overthrow him and his regime. Finally defeated by this combined force.
