High Exarch Lioner

Lioner Blackmoor is the current High Exarch of the Empire of the Sun. After years of political manuvering and scheming he managed to get himself elected to the highest position in the Empire. But his ambition know no limits, as he continues to stretch the resourses of the Empire, trying to find more souls for his mana crystals. His end goal is to gather enough power to become a living god. He has been ruling the Empire for 25 years and its resourses are running low, as well as his reputation among the Empire leaders.
