Human

Humans are the most populous and widespread race in the Southeastern part of Nima. Being one of the three major races in the Union, they strongly believe in the individual and forging one's own destiny. This is of course easier for those with advantages of wealth, power, stature, and strength. Believing in merit over all, humans believe that hard work triumphs over all, whether it is in the form of manual labor, social maneuvering, or "other means". Despite this they are generally very welcoming to outsiders and almost all races, especially those looking to flee the tyranny of the Empire. Humans almost exclusively live in the Union, and almost always in the company of elves and often shifters.
