Halfling

Halflings tend to keep to themselves and stay out of the greater politics of the world. Luckily they don't settle anywhere of importance or near strategic resources and live in general peace with the Empire and the Union. Those within the respected territories are given citizenship. To see a halfling farther than 5 miles outside of their homes is a rare sight indeed though they are known to trade with whoever is nearest for certain resources unattainable from their natural lands. They're basically Hobbits... What more do you want?
