Dragonborn

The Dragonborn are an ancient race originally hailing from the north-western marshes and forests of Nima. Now they are the ruling class and nobility of the Kaitor Empire. They are very magically gifted, which was one of the contributing factors to their founding and expansion of the Empire in its early days. The Dragonborn are split into houses based on their draconic lineage. These houses often vie against one another for power and influence within the Empire and their number is great. They are generally considered noble and honorable, with chivalry being part of their upbringing, though they are also known to be arrogant and to have and air of superiority about them at times. They are tasked by the Empress to fairly govern and protect their citizens in accordance with Kaiteran Law and Order.
