Underpass
The Underpass is an infamous fixer spot for trades, deals, and other nefarious activities. Located on the south side of town and outside of most patrols, the location allows for two way access and easy escape back on to the highway. The combat zone, a location that most police will not chase, is only a couple of miles away in case everything goes tits up.
