Short Circuit

The Short Circuit is one of many bars. This bar is frequented by Netrunners and Techies. Unbeknownst to most of the city however, Livewire, one of the most renowned Netrunners has a shop in a back room of the bar where he buys and sells programs. Livewire is also adept at creating his own programs or ones that other people order.
