Background

Prince Atlan is the 1st in line for the throne of Lake Michigan. As a merman, Atlan was born with the ability to breathe underwater and to turn his merman tail into legs. Atlan’s father, King Tupu, treated him and his little sister, Princess Laloa, to a life of luxury. But when an anarchist barged into the Royal Palace with a jellyfish taser, the royal family ran and hid.

Unfortunately, Laloa was found quickly and the anarchist was ready to electrocute her. Just then, Atlan did something he thought he’d never do. He fought back.

Since resoundingly whooping the anarchist, Atlan has been going to INSA as Atlan, Brawler of the Deep.

Personality

Atlan may be a prince, but he's no brat. He's thankful for the hand he's been dealt and wants to use his fighting skills to help others. He's also best friends with Pyro, as his parents had a summer home in Gothamopolis.

Powers

Atlan is a merman, and, as a result, can breathe underwater and morph his legs into a tail. He's also an excellent hand-to-hand combatant.

Appearance

Atlan, like most mermen, has blue scales, black eyes with yellow sclera, a blue crest, and wears only a loincloth. He is 5'7” and has an average build.
